Water Pollution

Water pollution is not a good thing. It can dirty useful drinking water, damage animal homes, and ruin the overall ascetic of water.

Water pollution can come from a variety of sources. One source is human waste. We dump trash, for example, cardboard, plastic, glass, into water systems like the ocean. Many lakes and rivers are polluted with sewage. Oil spills also occur with off-shore mining. Eutrophication can also effect water ways. It causes algae to bloom which is a factor of many problems. Water pollution can be a dangerous thing. It can harm humans and animals.

Everyone has a part in this worldwide pollution. There are simple things you can do in your everyday life that can reduce the amount of water pollution. One way can be to turn off the water when it's not absolutley nessasary to use. Make sure you dispose of gases, oils, etc. properly. You can also recycle. It takes 2 weeks to 400 years for different recycleable objects to degrade when they are deposited in water.
